Goal: Defining a new strategy for an international household womenswear brand.

Method: Ran a 5 month rolling research programme to bring in depth understanding of key behaviours to the company leadership team.

Impact: Lead to the development of a brand new app launch which increased customer spend by 24%.

User-centred design training course

Goal: Incorporate new ways of working across teams and disciplines in a start-up.

Method: Designed and delivered 3 immersive role play based workshops to Sales, Marketing, HR, Comms and Product Teams.

Impact: New ways of working were adopted smoothly which increased efficiency, feelings of trust and risk taking around new ideas across organisation by 35%.

Work tool research project

Goal: Outline user journey and inform product design experience for work communication tool owned by global social media brand.

I have a passion for thoughtfully bringing others along on the journey of research. I have seen firsthand the value that doing this brings - from uniting teams around a common purpose (the user) and fostering a more inclusive culture, to driving innovation and creativity.
